AFTER CONSTRUCTION Construction is near completion and scheduled to finish in February of 2009. The homeowners are happy with the relocation of the kitchen and the new gallery style island. Warm lights and natural wood flooring were used on this project for warm comfortable feel. |

BEFORE CONSTRUCTION Drafting Solutions was consulted in April of 2008 to design a new single story addition for Mr. and Mrs. Louie Mikasobe. Situated in the recently built sub-division of Kapolei, the Mikasobe's wished to add on an additional living room and relocate their existing kitchen to provide a more open floor plan. A master suite comprised of a new walk-in closet and an enlarged master bedroom gave them the space they so desired. The addition also consisted of a new covered patio space for their children to enjoy.

DURING CONSTRUCTION Construction was initiated in October of 2008 and is currently underway. The contractor is worked on the wall and roof framing and proceeded with the electrical and plumbing rough-ins. |
