AFTER CONSTRUCTION The plans called out the kitchen appliances to be new stainless steel along with new upper and lower cabinetry. An under mount sink was installed along with a new dishwasher, range/oven, granite countertop, and a new cabinet under mount microwave. New louvered doors were installed for privacy for the new guest bedroom and the living room was later completely furnished by the contractor. |

BEFORE CONSTRUCTION Mrs. Thao Dodson hired Drafting Solutions to do an interior renovation of her 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment unit in Waikiki of September of 2008. Drafting Solutions worked with Mrs. Dodson to create a new guest bedroom, master bedroom, and a new kitchen design.

DURING CONSTRUCTION The interior contractor initiated the demolition and construction in December of 2008. Work on the existing walls to be demolished was completed and the new walls were erected in the new locations. A new electrical panel box was installed and the re-route of the electrical wires was completed. Large 16x16 travertine tiles were installed throughout the unit to accentuate a more modern comfortable feeling. |
