Drafting Solutions was hired by Elite Pacific Construction and PC-Enterprises to produce construction documents for their new 10,000 sq. foot storage/office facility in Kaneohe, Hawaii in December of 2005.  The new office facility consisted of the demolition of the existing men's and women's bathrooms and the erection of new interior walls, doors, and stairs.  Electrical, mechanical, and fire protection consultants were brought on board to assist with the project development. together with their assistance, Drafting Solutions was able to obtain an I-2 building permit for our clients new office.  New work consisted of the installation of new interior walls and a new central stairway from the first floor to the second floor of the building.  This stairway would be the main access way for clients and employees to arrive at the offices of Elite Pacific and PC-Enterprises on the second floor of the building.  The second floor was sub-divided into storage offices for PC-Enterprises on one side and Elite Pacific Construction on the other side.  in addition a new air conditioning system was installed on the PC-Enterprise's side.  New ceilings and fire sprinklers were installed throughout the second floor and in the main public areas.   The project has currently been permitted and is  scheduled for completion towards the end of June 2007.  Drafting Solutions was the principal architectural consultant on the development of this project throughout its completion.
