BEFORE CONSTRUCTION

Drafting Solutions was selected  to design and draft a new retaining wall  at the front of the residence at 908 10th Avenue in Kaimuki.  The scope of work included the design of a new 30 foot "U" shaped perimeter CMU soil retention wall.  The design of the retaining wall included drainage weep holes built-in electrical lights.

AFTER CONSTRUCTION

Construction was initiated once the permit was closed out in July of 2008 and the wall was built within 9 weeks.  The homeowner had requested a new 3' sidewalk on the side of the existing house which their contractor had also installed.
