AFTER CONSTRUCTION Construction is near completion and scheduled to finish in February of 2009. The new open ceiling gable roof was extended out and the new deck along with the existing house was refinished and repainted. The concrete driveway is scheduled to be poured in late January of 2009 |

BEFORE CONSTRUCTION In May of 2008, Drafting Solutions was consulted to design a deck addition for Mr. Herbert Yonamine. The deck that was designed provided an additional 375 sq feet above the front driveway of the residence. Mr. Yonamine also wanted to provide shade to the new second story deck so the front roofline was extended out to the deck edge. The plans also called out for a new solid rail to be added for additional privacy. |

DURING CONSTRUCTION Construction started in October of 2008 and new footings were poured and new CMU columns were erected. The new CMU columns provided the structural support for the new second floor deck framing. A sliding glass door was added on the second level to access the new deck. |
