In January of 2007, Drafting Solutions remodeled Mr. and Mrs. Steven Luanglat's residence in Kaimuki.  The existing single story residence was redesigned and converted in to a two story residence.  By adding two extra bedrooms and another bath on the first level, DS was able to provide the Luanglat's with the much needed living space they desired.  A new grand stair and entry were also designed for easy access to both levels.  The new plans also called for new split face CMU block modules, which supported longer glu-lam beams, which supported the second floor joists.
