Initiated in May of 2007 and completed in March of 2008, Drafting Solutions  designed and drafted a residential elevator for the Miyasaki family.  Dues to aging tenants in the residence, a handicap accessible elevator was needed to transport tenants more efficiently and easily up and down the two-story residence on Young St. 

The new elevator is to be enclosed with CMU block modules.  A new gable roofline was also extended over the new elevator and new garage door installed.  Construction was initiated in April 2008 and was completed in December of 2008.
